Meet the founder, Cabell

Meet the founder, Cabell

I’ve been a UVA Wahoo fan since birth—literally. I was named after my ancestor Joseph Cabell, one of Thomas Jefferson’s right-hand men and an important figure in helping bring the University of Virginia to life. That legacy has always meant a lot to me, which is part of what makes building Cabell Jones so personal.

I went to UVA for undergrad and now, I’m graduating with my MBA from Darden. Along the way, I’ve always had a passion for entrepreneurship and design. I started making jewelry in high school—originally just for fun—and over time, it turned into something more. What began as a small side project has grown into a brand that blends storytelling, craftsmanship, and timeless style.

Every piece I design is made to feel personal and intentional, with a focus on high-quality materials and a refined, elegant aesthetic. One of our latest pieces, The TJ, is inspired by my UVA roots and reflects the brand’s commitment to meaningful design.

As Cabell Jones continues to grow, I’m so grateful for the support from this community—and I’m excited for everything that’s ahead.

xx,
Cabell
